Cancellation Policy
* This Cancellation Policy applies to online lessons and related services.
Please check each product page for the cancellation policy for merchandise sales.
Regarding customer-requested cancellation of one-time lessons, the following cancellation fees will apply to the lesson fee, and the remaining difference will be refunded. From 3 days before: 30%, previous day: 50%, day of lesson: 100%
Monthly lessons are non-refundable.
Cancellation contact
If you need to cancel a course after applying due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the following address with the name of the person cancelling, application details, telephone number, and email address.

When cancelling, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation fees
No-show without notice: 100% of the tuition fee
Cancellation from the day of the event through 1 day before the event: 100% of the tuition fee
Cancellation from 2 to 7 days before the event: 50% of the tuition fee
Cancellation before that period
-> For customers paying by credit card: free of charge
Cancellation due to our circumstances, natural disasters, infectious diseases, or similar reasons: full refund
Refund method
For refunds related to cancellation after payment has been made, refunds will be made as follows based on the cancellation fee specified in this Cancellation Policy.
-> For customers paying by credit card: refunded by the credit card company
Except in cases of date/time changes or cancellation due to our circumstances, customers are responsible for bank transfer fees when refunds are made.
Changes to event date and time
If we change the event date or time due to our circumstances, except in unavoidable cases, the office will contact participants by email or telephone at least 7 days before the event.
At that time, we will confirm again whether each participant wishes to attend, and if a participant is unable to attend, the tuition fee will be refunded in full.
Cancellation of event by us
If we cancel a course due to our circumstances, except in unavoidable cases such as sudden illness of the instructor, the seminar office will contact participants by email or telephone at least 7 days before the course date.
The tuition fee will be refunded in full.
Unless we contact participants regarding a change of course date/time or cancellation, cancellation by a customer due to reasons such as snowfall will also be treated as cancellation for customer convenience and will be subject to cancellation fees. Thank you for your understanding.
